ESKA Karate at The Willow Centre in Cringleford offers traditional Shotokan Karate training for children, teens and adults, with classes designed to support students at every stage of their karate journey.
Our Friday sessions are structured to provide focused, age appropriate and grade specific training. The earlier session is ideal for students developing their core karate skills, confidence, coordination and discipline as they progress through the beginner and intermediate grades.
Our later session is dedicated to Brown Belt and Black Belt students, offering more advanced technical training, deeper syllabus development, kata refinement, kumite progression and higher level coaching in a focused environment.
At ESKA, students join for many different reasons, improving fitness, building confidence, learning self defence, developing discipline, working towards gradings, or simply enjoying a rewarding martial art in a supportive community.
You do not need any prior experience or a high level of fitness to get started. Our experienced instructors work with every student at an appropriate level, helping them progress safely and confidently at their own pace.
ESKA is one of East Anglia’s leading Shotokan Karate organisations and all instructors are appropriately qualified, DBS checked, and committed to delivering karate to the highest standard.
