The Willow Centre hire charges are as below per hour:

*****Whole hall hire price after 6pm on Friday and Saturday.
Additional Facilities at the Willow Centre:
- Kitchen (including ovens): £19.20 per session
- Projector / Screen: £18.00 per session
- Bar Space Hire: £12.00 per hour
- Stage Hire (11.25m by 2.25m): £60.00 per session
Please note that all prices listed above are inclusive of 20% VAT. Sports/exercise groups are not charged VAT.
The Pavilion hire charges are below per hour:
Casual hirer: £18.00 per hour (£15 per hour for Sports/exercise groups)
Regular hirer: £14.40 per hour (£12 per hour for Sports/exercise groups)
The Jubilee Sports Hall hire charges are below per hour:
- The hire prices listed do not include VAT as sport groups are not required to pay VAT and the hall is predominantly used for sport.
- If you require the hall for a non-sport activity you will need to add 20% VAT to the rates listed below.
- Please note that only the full hall can be hired for non-sport activities.
- You can book in 15 intervals via the booking system
- To access the booking system, you will need to complete a short induction. Please click here or email bookings@cringlefordpc.org.uk to book this.
- The peak rate runs between 9.00am – 12.00pm and 3.00pm – 8.00pm
- The off-peak rate runs between 7.00am – 9.00am, 12.00pm – 3.00pm and 8.00pm – 11.00pm.
