Important roadworks information – A47 Longwater Interchange
Highways England will be carrying out works at the above location as follows:
They plan to complete this work over two nights on Monday 28 June and Tuesday 29 June, working between the hours of 8pm to 6am.
During these survey works, the slip roads at Longwater Interchange will be closed, and the A47 between the two slips will be reduced to one lane. Please see below the diversion route for these closures.
- Eastbound exit and entry slips on Monday 28 June
Traffic wishing to leave the A47 at Longwater Interchange will be diverted up to the next junction (Watton Road Interchange) and return via the A47 westbound.
Traffic wishing to enter the A47 at Longwater Interchange will be diverted on the A47 westbound to Dereham Road roundabout and will return via the A47 eastbound.

Traffic wishing to leave the A47 at Longwater Interchange will be diverted up to Dereham Road roundabout and return via the A47 eastbound.
Traffic wishing to enter the A47 at Longwater Interchange will be diverted onto the A47 eastbound to Watton Road interchange and return via A47 westbound.
Following the completion of these surveys, they will be returning to this location to complete drainage renewal works in September.
