-The service provider will change to Konectbus.
-The service will be renumbered 9.
-All peak time journeys will now serve Plumstead Road and Harvey Lane.
-There are additional early evening journeys.
-The service operates through to Eaton and Cringleford and uses Newmarket Road, useful for pupils attending schools or colleges in Norwich.
-Passenger have been consulted on the change.

-Mousehold to City centre: The frequency and route remains the same. The service no longer travels through to South Norwich.
