Cringleford residents have been invited to a consultation at The Willow Centre to find out more information about the forthcoming development at Newfound Farm. Please do drop in and give the developers your opinions on the plans:
“I am writing on behalf of David Wilson Homes to invite you to our drop-in consultation event regarding land at Newfound Farm, Cringleford on Tuesday 27th February from 4pm to 8pm at The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way, Cringleford, NR4 7JJ.
The site at Newfound Farm has outline planning permission for up to 650 homes, and two accesses from Colney Lane. Our reserved matters scheme will include the detailed proposals for the site, including the layout, design, and landscaping. We are looking to get feedback on our reserved matters proposals before our application is submitted, and will incorporate this into our plans as much as possible.
