Cringleford Parish Council is looking at supporting its community through the winter (excluding the Christmas break) by opening up its buildings as Community Warm Spaces. Parishioners will be welcome to come to our buildings, have a hot drink and a biscuit, and just sit and rest in the warm for a few hours.

To do this, however, we will need some volunteers to help Parish Councillors for a few hours a week. Our initial plans are to hold a month-long trial, on a Monday lunchtime in the Pavilion on Oakfields Road, and then on either a Thursday or Friday lunchtime at The Willow Centre on Willowcroft Way. If the trial is successful then we will carry on until the end of March.

If you would be able to commit three hours at either of these venues to come along and help out then please contact the Parish Clerk and provide your contact information. We will then organise a meeting with volunteers to go through the details.
