Norfolk County Council have just advised us that the long-awaited parking scheme should be installed at the end of May.
They are confirming the dates asap and then nearby residents will receive a letter.

Line painting and installation of signage associated with the scheme is planned to take place from 30 May to 9 June 2023. It will take around two weeks depending on the weather. Traffic will be restricted during this period on some roads, including road closures, but access to properties will be maintained throughout. Those residents likely to be affected should have received notification.
