Cringleford Parish Council is recruiting for a caretaker to work at The Willow Centre, Willowcroft Way.
The post is for 16 flexible hours per week, which will cover two shifts across Friday to Sunday. Actual hours will be confirmed two weeks before the shifts, but could cover days or evenings (i.e. one week you could work Friday and Saturday evening, and the next week Saturday morning and Sunday morning etc). There is opportunity to work extra hours on occasion if required.
We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working person who will ensure that the building is kept in good order, clean, safe and who is welcoming to our hirers.
Duties include cleaning, setting out rooms and carrying out routine health and safety checks. Audio Visual equipment experience would be an advantage but full training will be given.
Pay Scale 15-17 (starting salary £9.34 to £9.70 per hour). We offer membership of the Local Government Pension scheme and a generous annual leave allowance.
